Sebastian graduated with a Diploma in Architecture from Plymouth School of Architecture in 1985.

Initially he worked for practices concentrating on the commercial, industrial, residential and education sectors. Sebastian joined tp bennett in 2000 and was responsible for leading the construction of two major new buildings for Microsoft at their new headquarters campus in Reading. He then moved briefly to another firm where he was the technical integrator overseeing the designers and suppliers on the delivery of Heathrow Terminal 5.

In 2006 Sebastian re-joined tp bennett as a Project Director and has been responsible for technical and construction integration of Nido Spitalfields, the tallest mixed-use student residential tower in the world, and is currently delivering another student residential scheme in Islington.

Sebastian has a holistic design approach which is logical with excellent interpersonal skills. He has extensive experience across the commercial, industrial, education, and residential sectors covering new build, refurbishment and conversion of listed buildings, with first–hand knowledge of technical issues, management strategy, programming, resourcing, and project design implementation.
